Biss Collective

At Biss Collective, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
